Summary of Fund Objective

The Feeder Fund seeks to provide long term capital appreciation by investing in the Target Fund which aims to invest primarily in transferable equity securities as well as depository receipts of small-cap companies which are incorporated in the Asia region and/or which have their principal business activities in the Asia region.

The Fund is suitable for Sophisticated Investors who:

  • Seek capital appreciation by investing in equity securities of small-cap companies incorporated in the Asia region (ex-Japan) and/or which have their principal business activities in the Asia region (ex-Japan); and
